HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY TEMPLATE?

All templates are available via instant download. This means that if you have paid with a PayPal Account your template will be available instantly.

WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED?

You will need Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Photoshop Elements to edit the templates. Lightroom is not compatible. All Paper Lark templates are created within Photoshop CS5 or 6. If you are unsure if your version of Photoshop or Elements is compatible please visit our Facebook Page and download our FREE templates to test it out. www.facebook.com/paperlark

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE PHOTOSHOP OR ELEMENTS?

You can use the free 30 day trial download of Photoshop or Elements from www.adobe.com and use those 30 days to alter the template.

DO YOU OFFER A CUSTOMISATION SERVICE?

I do take on a limited amount of customisations on Cards, Marketing Boards and Facebook Timelines only

DO YOU DESIGN CUSTOM LOGOS?

No I am afraid not.

WHAT COLOR IS YOUR TOOTH BRUSH?

Er..right now it's blue.

CAN I USE YOUR TEMPLATES OR PARTS OF THEM TO RESELL FOR MY CUSTOMERS ON MY ONLINE SHOP?

No I am afraid not. Even if you purchase a Paper Lark template, you may not resell it, redistribute or share it as a digital file or claim the design as your own when selling printed templates to your own customers from your own online store (including but not limited to Etsy, Ebay or any general or graphic design store). The purpose of the templates are for Professional Photographers use in branding their own business or selling printed templates to their photography clients.

HOW EASY ARE THE TEMPLATES TO USE?

You will need to have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Elements. All templates come instructions on the basics of editing your template. If you need further help see the 'HOW TO EDIT YOUR TEMPLATES' or 'VIDEO TUTORIALS' on the Help Section of the site.

WHAT EXACTLY CAN I EDIT WITHIN THE TEMPLATES?

You can insert your own photos
You can edit the text
You can change the colours of the design elements
You can make some elements invisible if needed. All elements are on different layers

DO YOU PROVIDE THE EXACT FONTS TO INSTALL?

Within each template download I provide the links to the exact font/s used in the template from free font websites. Due to the copyright of the font and their creators I cannot distribute the font file itself.

WHERE SHOULD I GET MY DESIGNS PRINTED?

On each product description I will name the printing lab that is most compatible.
You may send your designs to them for printing or with some editing you can send to your favourite Lab.
